Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes you will be required to sign for delivery.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
The courier should leave a calling card giving you an option to decide what to do next. Unless stated otherwise the courier should attempt to redeliver the item next day.
Why have I not received all of my order?
If you have ordered more than one item your goods may be packed separately and may possibly be delivered at different times. Please contact our Online Customer Services Team if you have not received all the items listed on your despatch note.

Can I place an order and collect it from your branch?
We can be arrange a collection, but please call us before placing an order on the website.
If the order was paid online using a credit/debit card you must bring your card to prove your identity.
How long does delivery take?
If the items are in stock 1 - 3 working days.
We can ship any item worldwide. Delivery charges will apply and are dependant on the size, weight and destination of the products you have ordered.
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. TNP recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
