Audio-Technica’s innovative BP894cW MicroSet® offers the ultimate in low-profile, high-performance audio. The BP894cW features a rotating capsule housing with talk-side indicator for use on either ear and perfect polar pattern placement. The MicroSet BP894cW takes headworn microphones to the next level, by allowing the cardioid capsule to be aimed directly at the sound source. The uniform pickup pattern provides excellent rejection of outside noise, with exceptional gain-before-feedback when used with live sound systems and stage monitors. Delivering clear and accurate sound in an inconspicuous package, the ultra-lightweight BP894cW hooks securely behind either ear and can be worn for hours witout fatigue. For maximum stability and comfort, the included AT8464 dual-ear microphone mount converts the MicroSet to a dual-ear-worn unit.

“DUAL EAR CONTROL”

The AT8464 Dual-Ear Microphone Mount allows you to convert the BP894cW from a single ear-worn MicroSet to a dual-ear worn unit for maximum stability and comfort. The microphone can be worn to the left or right. The headband is adjustable and suitable for both adults and children.

“SWIVEL CAPSULE”

Unique in its genre, The BP894cW has a swiveling capsule of Ø2.8mm, providing direct aim at the mouth of the user, for unmatched intelligibility. The cardioid directivity guarantees better protection against feedback and reduces unwanted ambient noise (be it from stage monitor or front speakers). The capsule also allows the BP894cW to pivot enabling wear on either ear. Simply adjust the support as desired for comfortable wearing, and orient the capsule towards the mouth. A small dot marks the active side of the capsule.
